Accessing call logs more than a year old
Hello!
Thanks for the information about accessing call history on my account. However, I'm looking for something older than 1 year. As of today, the oldest I can find is calls from May 2025. Annoyingly, I'm looking for a call I may have made in April 2025. Is it possible to access this information from SMARTY? If so, does anyone know how?

RobbieSt_463300 If it doesn't appear on your Account Dashboard, then I do not think that you will be able to access that information.
I rather suspect that th only people who could access it would be the Police, Security Services etc within certain criteria.
