I get that it’s how things are now with a lot of companies. But they all have a final opinion of human contact. Even if you have to sit though a hour of classical music on hold.
ArronPriest1974 the best you will get is a web chat with an agent - and they won’t necessarily answer immediately as they are busy.
ArronPriest1974 You need to type your query twice, and press 'something else', and then it'll ask you for more details and then put you with a human agent.
