7 days cover for Austria

Hello Team Smarty 

Can I get an additional 7 day coverage for Austria 25 Feb- 04 Mar 2023.

    Hi there. Just wanted to mention that we are not actually Team Smarty as such. We are forum members, but do not have any access to your account.

    If you purchase your next month's plan as normal, you will be able to use your phone in the EU, subject to a limit of 12Gb data.

      Although I think the forum moderators are from SMARTY Mobile, and read through user posts here in the SMARTY community from time-to-time.

    SMARTY is self-service @SharonW_1372981, so you'd need to sign-in to your SMARTY account online, or the app, and purchase an add-on to cover the period required.

    Anyway, EU roaming is included whenever you purchase a SMARTY plan, so you can use your call, text and data (up to 12GB/month) allowances while you're roaming in Austria.
