6 digit phone numbers
When I get a marketing text, it usually comes from a 6 digit number beginning with "6". To opt out of further marketing, you usually have to reply with the word "STOP" or similar. However whenever I try, I always get a message send failure. Is there a way around this. It's not a setting on my iPhone, I've already checked.
Yes, this is a known restriction - Smarty does not, at present, support sending messages to shortcode numbers. You can ask webchat if they have an updates on when this might be available though I think this is in the works.
There is no way around this, and affects all phones (Android and iOS) - see this discussion thread
