4G speeds atrocious no phone signal either..
Moved from O2 last week because of escalating costs. PAC Code from O2 instant. Activated Smarty SIM Thursday and applied PAC to port my number to SMARTY. Didn't port next business day as stated. ...
EE offer a guarantee on your connection and if it doesnt meet your demands then they will get it fixed in 30 days.

EthanielUK So they do.....but you are looking at the guarantee on their broadband and not their mobile data !!
