30 day unlimited data add on
My monthly renewal payment has ran out, and I have just bought a 30 day unlimited data add on, which does not work. Does anyone know why this is?

Rebecca_1386745 An add-on is designed for when you run out of data on a current plan. Page 15 of the Smarty Price Guide:

You say that your plan has expired, so there is no plan to add on to and I think that is why it is not working.
