Can you please tell me why I cannot phone 0800 Numbers
Probably best to start a chat with Smarty support about this, they may be able to get to the bottom of it.

MichaelM_624281 You aren't by any chance EU Roaming are you? If so, they do not seem to work - personal experience recently.
You should be able to. What's happening when you try to call one?
