[Announcement] Introducing the new SMARTY Lab : Bug Reports and Ideation Area

We are excited to announce the launch of our new community forum area - SMARTY Lab!

Dedicated to Bug Reports and Ideation, this new space will provide a platform for SMARTY Community members to report any bugs or issues they encounter while using our products, as well as share their ideas and suggestions for future improvements.

The Bug Reports board will serve as a central hub for SMARTY users to report any technical issues they come across while using SMARTY App and Website. Our team of developers will be monitoring this board to address and resolve any reported bugs and ensuring a seamless user experience for all.

In addition to the Bug Reports board, the Ideation area will allow our community to share their creative ideas and suggestions for new features, enhancements, and improvements they would like to see implemented in SMARTY products and services. This collaborative space will enable our community to actively participate in shaping the future of our products, providing valuable insights and feedback to help us continue to innovate and evolve.

We believe that by creating this dedicated forum area, we will foster a more engaged and interactive community, where we can connect, collaborate, and contribute to the ongoing development of SMARTY services. We encourage all community members to take advantage of this new space to report any bugs, share their ideas, and help us make SMARTY the best it can be.

Thank you for being a part of the SMARTY community, and we can't wait to see what great ideas and insights you have to share!

I've been a SMARTY customer for a few years now. I only use my SMARTY sim for Data use. In the past month or so I have noticed a big reduction in Data download speed resulting in buffering and slow data transfer.

I've entered my post code in to the coverage app to check but my post code is not recognised.

If thus cannot be resolved quickly I'll have no option other than to change networks.

NeilCam-6867 Unfortunately, it will not be resolved by one post here. You need to web chat with smarty Support Team so that they can investigate. (particularly if your postcode isn't recognised)

There may be some issue as a result of the 3G turn off putting pressure on masts.

My post code isn't recognised either - why not?

When I text my brother the number shown is not mine, he blocked the number and now my texts are not getting to him. When I ring him it shows my number

JudyDav_2999975  I suspect that the number showing may be the original number associated with your sim when you first activated it. It does seem odd that your calls show the correct number though.

You could try a web chat with Smarty Support team for them check your account for any odd features. Another possibility is a network reset on your phone.

I seem to have issues actually making phone calls whilst inside. No-one can hear me at all. It just breaks up. What can I do about this?
