Unable to make calls
Hello, please help!!! I don't make calls very often so thought it was a service issue but I have good signal and 4G, and texts come through fine. Sometimes I can receive calls but I have had SMARTY since September 2025 and haven't been able to make any. I don't use whatsapp or instagram or anything on this phone, only texts and calls (well receive them as I can't make them). I also use the safari app but it's been very temperamental and I thought perhaps because I have an old phone (iPhone 5S) but surely calls would work?! And I have 4G?! When I try to call mobile or landline numbers, and even voicemail, it comes up that it is calling but then is silent with no beeps or anything and doesn't go through. I have voicemails that I can't listen to and need to ring the doctors but I can't!!! I'm paying for data and calls and texts which I haven't been able to use... please can you help fix this issue as I'm paying for a service that I am not receiving.
