UNPAUSE PLAN
Hello, My new plan is paused even though I paid for it. I contacted Smarty but the only advice they gave me was to activate my sim from the dashboard. However there is no activation button whatsoever. The only message is as follows: "Your plan is paused We’ve paused your service. Please get in touch via chat with our support team who will be able to help." However the support team keeps repeating that I should activate my sim... !!! They do not seem to understand that I CANNOT do it and that THEY should unpause my plan. It's crazy !!! Two outages in as many months. I really want to like you but you’ve made it so difficult. Both outages have happened when I was travelling making my day so much more stressful than it needs to be. Hi I had my phone pickpocketed from me in Rome and it has been so stressful really affecting my holiday there. I ordered a replacement SIM and blocked my account as was advised on the dashboard of my account. I've got back to the UK and home today and my new SIM was waiting so I've put it in an old phone and logged into my dashboard saying I've received my SIM. It said to restart the phone and I have a few times over a few hours but still I only get no service. I'm really worried I'll lose my 20year old number and need it working as so many places have that number and if I miss a medical call I may lose a place on the wait list I'm on.
