Hello SMARTY Community, In the second issue of our SMARTY Summary, we will take a look at the new Community Activity component in our landing page. The most notable change is a new tab menu. We have added quite a few options, however, only 3 will be active for now. Hot Topics tab – this tab is a default view for the activity component. We will be using it to feature up to 5 different topics or knowledge base articles, service updates, announcements, best accepted solutions etc. Recent tab – no changes in functionality here, this tab will display all the recent posts with an option to sort by Most Kudos or Most Popular (combination of Kudos, Replies and Views in the past 7 days) Solved tab – is set to display all topics that have an Accepted Solution with an option to sort by Most Viewed, Most Replies and Most Kudos. I’m a moderator on different forums and have quite a bit of experience working with customer facing services. I know this forum is still in its infancy but I think would should have the following sections as it grows. Device support channel. With sub channels for each manufacturer of phone. Operating system support: one for IOS and another for Android. off topic. tablet users (like myself who puts my SMARTY sim in my iPad mini) what else would people like? (remember to Kudos if you think this post is worth it, it makes me feel better about myself)

In the My Settings area of the community, the email tab is not available. i.e. this URL - https://community.smarty.co.uk/t5/user/myprofilepage/tab/personal-profile Only shows, Username and Personal Information, edit the URL to https://community.smarty.co.uk/t5/user/myprofilepage/tab/personal-profile:email and it does show.
