New Joiner
A friend has recently joined via a link i mailed to her, this was over a week ago, I had gone through joining process, provided the PUK code ( Vodaphone confirmed she was leaving them), selected tariff etc, we have heard nothing from Smarty relating to joining, No sim, nothing. how do we chase this when we can't speak to anyone? Not receiving £20 refer a friend reward
I’m writing because I completed a referral under the “Refer-a-Friend” scheme, and I was expecting to receive an email from your rewards partner (Buyapowa) to claim my gift card / PayPal reward. Messed up Referral, help!!
Hi, I was advised by my spouse to sign up for a smarty sim only plan and to use her referral for the £40 offer for us each. well I signed up last night via the website and either did not see the referral part or there is not one to use! how do I get the referral to go through so we both get the vouchers? URGENT: SMARTY is failing now, time to move to ID
Compare Smarty to ID on here: https://www.uswitch.com/mobiles/compare/sim_only_deals/ Smarty is honestly terrible. ID offers so much more on the same network for the same price. They offer more data per £, data rollover, more EU countries access, 30GB EU Roaming (18 more than Smarty), e-sim for Watches, 3 months of Apple TV + Music. It is a no-brainer to switch now, Smarty has lost it's game sadly.
Nearly 5months and still not received referral reward
I referred my mum to smarty back in may. I received an email confirming she had signed up with my code. She is still with smarty and neither of us have received a gift voucher email like the T&C's state (and no it hasn't gone to spam before you ask). How do we get it!? Been almost 5mths now since she signed up.
