I am looking for some help or advice from the community as I am now stuck without data despite having a confirmed plan change scheduled for today. The Background: I raised a complaint (Ref: 34545993#1355880) weeks ago regarding plan issues. I received a formal email from a Customer Excellence Associate on Dec 1st stating that I was placed on the 60GB for 8 pound offer, which would take effect from my next renewal date on 29/12/2025. The Issue: Today is Monday, 29th December. My previous plan has expired and shows 0KB left. However, the 60GB plan has NOT activated. Even though my Manage Plan screen clearly shows the 60GB/8 pound plan as a Scheduled plan change, the system is now asking me to manually renew or buy an add-on. The Proof: I have screenshots showing: My dashboard showing 0KB left and the reset date as today.[1] The email from SMARTY Complaints confirming the 60GB plan for today's date. [2] My Manage Plan screen showing the 60GB plan is correctly Scheduled but hasn't triggered.[3] This is the second month this has happened. I followed the instructions, waited for the reset, and the system has failed again. I am now without the service I was promised in writing. Has anyone else experienced a Scheduled Plan Change failing to trigger on the renewal date? How did you get it fixed without paying extra? I need help to understand why the update hasn't worked. Hi, I have a group account and one of the members has lost their phone. I have a replacement phone and ordered a SIM card, this has arrived but we cannot activate it as we can't log into her smarty account. There doesn't appear to be an email address linked to her account. So, the forgot password doesn't do anything, when I log into the dashboard as the group owner I can't add an email address to her and I can't reset the password. Hi I'm off to Canada over Christmas and I've bought my children 'new' IPhones. These are eSim compatible. I was planning on giving them whilst there, is it possible to activate an eSim abroad, or do you need to be within the UK for it to register correctly? They are already on Smarty but the new phones don't have physical sim slots. I've looked through the faq and posts but can't find any definitive answer. Hi I am a new customer and activated my SIM this afternoon it is showing active on the dashboard with a current plan, however the phone signal is alternating between 0 bars and all bars, and mobile data is either off or extremely slow on the speed test like 0.1 mbps. Although I can make a call the text is whirring for ages before it sends. Is it normal to have a few hiccups until things settle down. I was previously with Giffgaff and the signal and data were fine. I also was sure to check network coverage which was also fine for my postcode. Hi all, I have a smarty data sim that I was using in my Cudy 4G router, all good. As I was low on data I tried to put my smarty phone sim in the router as it has 50gb pack but it will not access the internet, I have activated the sim and reset the API but it will not connect, when I put the data sil back in it works fine again. If I were to buy a monthly SIM deal over the Black Friday weekend, would I be able to hold off from activating until nearer my current contract end date ?
