Problems after porting
I recently tried to join Smarty from GiffGaff. At first, it went well, I put in the new simcard, that Smarty sent, and I got my old number to work... ...for one day... ...until Smarty sent me an email telling me "Your port is successful". After that I can not call any number, nor can someone else phone or SMS me. On top of that... ....when I then tried to open my account, Smarty insisted on sending the security code to my mobile!
