New to Smarty - so far VERY disappointed. Any advise?
Hi, I recently transferred to Smarty and so far I've been very disappointed - very poor coverage (never had so many issues with no network or dropped calls which is not good for my business for which most of my calls are to do with), poor internet connection (seems hardly ever on 5G even though enabled, 4G seems best it can do most of the time) and no way of speaking to anyone to resolve issues (only chatbots which are useless). Is there anything I can do to improve this, or have I just made a bad choice and need to change provider? Thanks, Mark2.1KViews0likes3Comments
