New to Smarty - so far VERY disappointed. Any advise?

Hi,

I recently transferred to Smarty and so far I've been very disappointed - very poor coverage (never had so many issues with no network or dropped calls which is not good for my business for which most of my calls are to do with), poor internet connection (seems hardly ever on 5G even though enabled, 4G seems best it can do most of the time) and no way of speaking to anyone to resolve issues (only chatbots which are useless).

Is there anything I can do to improve this, or have I just made a bad choice and need to change provider?

Thanks,

Mark

MarkFur_2104809  Unfortunately, Smarty do make it clear in T&C’s that the service is for non- commercial use only. If you have poor coverage, then you may need to research which networks are better in your area…. It won’t be 3 as they own Smarty.

Did you check that coverage on Three, Smarty’s parent network, before signing up ?

In addition to what Rebekah_150 @has advised, in its T&C’s, Smarty does state that it a consumer focused network.

The good thing is that if you decide Smarty isn’t for you, it only offers 30 day ‘contracts’, so you haven’t locked yourself in for a long period of time.
