Hi, thank you for answering! I have an out of plan add on to send international text messages. I can’t receive or sent texts to Italian numbers in general, including my family and friends there. Hi everyone, I’m having trouble sending and receiving text messages to and from Italy. This is quite important as I need this service to receive texts from my Italian bank. I’ve already contacted Smarty customer support, but unfortunately, they weren’t helpful. I also reached out to Apple support, and since iMessage is working fine, they suggested the issue lies with my carrier. Has anyone experienced a similar issue and found a solution?
