plan is paused even though card payment details are now updated & payment has been taken
I just recently ordered a new bank card & forgot to update my smarty payment details so of course payment failed to go through I have since updated them & I can see payment is being taken on my online banking & I got the smarty email saying payment taken but on the website on PC it still says Your plan is paused We’ve paused your service. I got the message that says Resets in 8 days on Tuesday 24th Dec but what I would like to know is when is the exact date the money is taken from my account as I can't find nothing on the Smarty Dashboard to tell me how do I work out the date or find it ?Solved1.8KViews0likes3Comments
