plan is paused even though card payment details are now updated & payment has been taken

I just recently ordered a new bank card & forgot to update my smarty payment details so of course payment failed to go through I have since updated them & I can see payment is being taken on my online banking & I got the smarty email saying payment taken

but on the website on PC it still says 
Your plan is paused

We’ve paused your service. Please get in touch via chat with our support team who will be able to help.

do I just need to wait for it to catch up with what I have done to update itself & everything will show correctly soon I do I still need to contact smarty ?

    Once a successful payment is made, it can sometimes take a few minutes for your service to resume, and a little longer for your dashboard to update.
