MSF That's why I'm suggesting it as an idea !
Say you miss something the caller says, on EE tap 7, it jumps back about 5 seconds.
With Smarty you have to finish listening to whole message, then listen to the whole thing again to get the missed part, frustrating.
Say a caller waffles on for a minute, then you miss something, as above you have to listen to the whole message again.
