Since upgrading my iPhone to ios18.2 I’m unable to use WiFi calling at home connecting to sky broadband. Sky say it’s not a broadband issue but a mobile provider issue.
anyone have any recommendations as I’ve tried any steps other people have recommended on other forums.

Thanks for posting on here. We do support Wi-Fi calling on the SMARTY network so we would expect things to work as they did previously.
There maybe is some settings we can fix so please contact the team to see what we can do.

@JamesLa_2708527 Have you checked that your phone is connected to the broadband wifi? Can you pick up email and use a web browser without mobile data when at home?
Have you turned on wifi calling in phone settings?

Yes, working fine and is turned on, was working fine before 18.2
