That is not my old number
When you join Smarty, the sim you activate is assigned a random number. You need a PAC code from your old network to give to Smarty so that they can move that number over to the smarty network (and to your account).

You might want to remove your mobile number from your post - a bad actor could misuse this information.

As MSF mentioned number transfers take place the following business day, which for PAC submissions on Saturday or Sunday is Tuesday, unless there's a following bank holiday.
