Two or more SIMs on same email/account

I got a new Smarty SIM and am happy with reception at home.

In the package there was another Smarty SIM which I want to use on another phone. When I try to activate the other SIM it asks for a SMARTY account, and when I use my existing account it just does not allow me to activate the extra SIM.

The other option is to create a "Group" but even this option wants to send me another SIM, but I already have an extra SIM, I do not want (to wait for) another one.

Finally, another option is to use another email and create a new account, but this is a ridiculous solution.

Is there a way to use the extra Smarty SIM I have received with my main account?

This is the Smarty community forum, we are Smarty customers. None of us work for Smarty.

With Smarty, itโ€™s one SIM & one email address per account, so thatโ€™s the way to go, irrespective of whether you think itโ€™s ridiculous. OR go for the group option, which yes, means waiting around two days for Royal Mail to deliver a new SIM from Smarty.

You have options, it just depends whether you take them or not.

Hi, thanks for the confirmation. OK, I have made a group, and ordered another SIM, and am waiting for it to arrive. 

Hi, i've done this and still waiting for new sim to arrive after 5 days, did yours take a while to come through?  Was it straightforward activating through the group when it arrived?

@CRAIGSH_1320032  There are some problems with postal services at present. You can always order another sim and then activate and pay when you get it.
