You'll need ask SMARTY to deactivate the voicemail on your account @DaveWri_1870916.

Get in-touch using the web chat, which operates 8am - 8pm daily.

Unfortunately, SMARTY community members can't do that @ShazadA_1525100. 
Ask an advisor to do this, using the SMARTY online web chat.

The advisors work until 8pm everyday.
