Trouble connecting

Every day it’s taking longer and longer to connect devices to internet. So far today I’m at 2 1/2 hours and still not connecting

I’ve checked coverage, and it says I shld have great coverage, however, it’s still taking up to 5 hours a day to actually get devices to connect?

@Lindsay_2345790  Do you mean that your phone won't connect or are you having trouble with the phone hotspot?

I have a data only sim which I use in a WiFi dongle as temporary WiFi at the moment. And now to add to the trouble connecting it keeps kicking me off the internet

@Lindsay_2345790 Did you check Network Status to see if there is any local issue?

I have and it shld be fine. Been trying to connect since 7.30 this morning, it is now 1.38pm! This is ridiculous!!!
