Soooo frustrating

Anyone else been kept on hold for a long time? Started a conversation with LOVINA. She couldn’t do what I needed, now she’s AWAY and I’m left hanging for a long time. I can’t even lose her to talk with someone else. Frustrated, I am. So far, 55mins if my life, GONE!! I’m a pensioner, don’t ant the end of my life on HOLD.
