I have switched from Three to Smarty and even through my Smarty App says my old number when I call people the Smarty new number is coming up!
Unfortunately, there is no way to contact Smarty just via email (they cannot call) so after three weeks and many emails and correspondence with Smarty - I give up! Terrible service!
What a waste of time!

What date did you port your old number in?
Did Smarty send you a text to say the number transfer was complete?
When you call people and it's showing the new Smarty number, are these normal phone calls, or calls over Facetime or WhatsApp, for example?
