What do I need to do to get a working pac code? I requested a pac code from smarty and provided to o2 which o2 have told me doesn't exist. Smarty are telling me the pac code has been used already which is incorrect! They've told me I need to speak to my new provider which I don't even have yet. I spoke to o2 anyway and they have said smarty needs to just issue me a new one and can not understand why agent is refusing to do it and blaming o2. I spent 3 hours!!!!! On the live chat trying to get him to understand and he just wouldnt listen. Do I need to report this to ofcom because I'm getting seriously wound up with being fobbed off and told its someone else's fault and no one helping me.

AFAIK pac codes are only valid for 1 month so can you wait it out ? Then just request a new pac code via the app.
