Smarty is a scam
Smarty is a scam, they take money from you for a SIM that they don't send and refuse to refund the money.

You will pay for the '1st' month up-front and then the next payment won't be taken until 1 month after connection.
How long has ot been since you ordered the SIM? It can generally take up to 48hrs to receive it (dependant on Royal Mail).
