SMARTY dashboard
Strange SMARTY have decided to do this in the middle of the day (here in the UK). Wondering if there is a serious security flaw in the SMARTY website for online account self-service?
Chalkychap It's all a bit strange ! It's taken me a while to log in this afternoon.
Are you doing this online or via the SMARTY app MSF?
Chalkychap Online. I rarely use the app for posting - I don't find it that great as it takes you to the website anyway.
Yeah, I'm not a fan of the SMARTY app either.
Found a few bugs when I was using the app, which I reported via web chat - sadly SMARTY hadn't fixed these when I last checked.The online account portal appears to be working now though.
