Smarty are taking money from my account

AnthonyW_729895  It is as advised by SmartyTrousers . Ion addition, check your account dashboard  - they would normally take money for a plan each month on auto-renew, but you would not see that as 'funds'.

Did you order an add on? Only three might you expect to see funds.

You would have to chat to Smarty support and ask them.
