Sim card
I have just paid for a new sim card. But will it be on a new number or the existing number held?

ChrisHa_1192562 When you activate a new SIM card, it is allocated a random number (from a list held by the network). If you want to port in a number you hold with another network, you need to request a PAC from that network and then complete the request on your account dashboard for Smarty to get it transferred over from the old network.
