@Skirman_2815014 If your phone doesn't recognise that there is a sim in it, perhaps it is broken. Does the sim work in another phone? Does your account show it as active, with a smarty plan?
You can report it lost/stolen via your account and will receive a replacement that will need activating; your account may be temporarily suspended for security.
