Sim activation

I have purchased a product which came with one of your SIM cards I went through the activation process and watched the video I paid for the £20 unlimited data but it then said your sim will be delivered in 2-3 days how can I get this sim to work and have I just lost the £20 I have just added as I need it today. Thanks

    JosieYu_2661829 As well as what Chalkychap says, it looks like you have somehow ordered another sim.

    If the current one shows as active in your account dashboard, and the Smarty plan also shows there...and more importantly, if the sim is working  - then there is probably nothing to worry about. If the other sim arrives, you can keep it or give it to a friend (use a link for them to join and you will get a reward).
