SIM activated but unable to connect. When I ring my landline I get "Not registered on network".

Reply to myself !   The help said to turn power of and on, and that worked. Now have 4G and 5G data along with calls.  By the way the SIM arrived to my doorstep the next day: thanks Smarty.
