Hi David.
I am currently in France and my father has received the same message. His phone is saying that he has 5G but can’t get on line at all. Did you manage to resolve the issue?
The original post is a few months old now.
Have you :
1, Changed the APN in your phone to 'mob.asm net'
2, Manually selected a network to see if that gives you a connection, rather than letting your phone automatically select a network ?
If you dont know how to change the APN in your phone, check its manual or google it.
