Hi,

About half a year ago, I ordered a smarty SIM which I lost after activating the account.

Now I want to order a new SIM, but my previous smarty number is still associated with my email address..

I have tried contacting support but that did not resolve the issue, I was as told to allow some time for the number to disappear from my account.  But 19 weeks later, the number is still there.

 

I tried contacting smarty again, but I can't seem to get a conversation going.  I'm just going around in circles.

How do I reset my account so I can order a new SIM and associate a new number with my email address?

@ImranFa_2153540  I wonder if it would be better to order a replacement sim - this would have the same number.

If you leave it much longer, there is a chance that the existing sim/number will be deactivated but you normally receive an advisory email 40 days before that point.
