Iโ€™ve had the same problem ! Wondering if itโ€™s an issue with the website and not the customers error

added me as a new group member and gave the PAC code and my number went to the group admins phone not mine and she lost hers

nightmare trying to sort it out they promised 3/5 days but today is the 5th day . Theyโ€™ve recovered  the group leaders but they now tell me Iโ€™ve got to wait another 3-5 days.  Iโ€™m not impressed with smarty currently as a new customer ๐Ÿคฌ

@JasonGa_3184008  If the Group Owner made a mistake, how is that down to Smarty? Looks l8ke Group Owner applied the PAC to wrong sim.

Who knows the first number transfer worked fine but this one didnโ€™t

they promised to have it sorted in 3-5 days but havenโ€™t I messaged on the fifth day and they did one number straight away but not the other ? That will be another 3-5 days

So clearly the first 3-5 days was a lie by smarty

@JasonGa_3184008  A lieโ€ฆ.really? Perhaps itโ€™s just taking them longer to rectify an original error on the customerโ€™s part?
