Poor 4g signal

Hi I have had really bad signal since 3g was turned off, I have had a replacement sim. I purchased a new router and aerials, I have full signal on the router but only getting 0.20mbps speed. It is the same on my mobile and when I put the sim into my mobile router I get the same speed. I have noticed for weeks now on the coverage it say you have issues, this is no good for me as I am paying £20 a month for no Internet, can you advise me when the work within the Bh193dx & BH166ND AREAS will be done.
