phone calls
my wife and I both have smarty sim only deals, BUT we cannot make calls on our mobiles WHY???
Both my wife and I are going to cancel and go back to a contract ....... this is just not good enough. NO HELP ????

If you get a problem with your next network, you'll still need to explain to them the exact nature of the problem before they can help because, like us, they are probably not clairvoyant.
