I buy my sin card from Very and it was preloaded with 50GB of data and minutes but when I loaded my sin card it says select a package and there was no option for that. I paid 10£ to smarty for 60GB? That's not fair

That doesn't sound right @Muhamma_1905502.

The very.co.uk website seems to offer a SMARTY SIM only plan with 30GB Voice & Data for £10, which currently includes an extra 20GB of Data for a limited time only.
It also mentions £10 Cash Back, but doesn't appear to explain how to claim the cashback.

The retailer that sold you your item is responsible for making things right - have you contacted Very?
