Not recieving universal credit login text
Does smarty support texts from short code numbers. I can no longer log into my uc account despite keeping my same number.

Yes SMARTY does support inbound texts from shortcode numbers providing they are not chargeable. I have been with SMARTY for three years and yes, I receive UC security texts just fine.
If you have just ported over, it might take a few days for everything to sync on the backend before everything works as it should.
KhloeMo_2815863 Apologies, I was referring to sending short code rather than receiving - my mistake. Thanks WelshPaul for pointing that out.
KhloeMo_2815863 No, Smarty does not currently support short code texts and there don't seem to be any plans for the near future as far as we have been informed.
