No network in our Motorhome
Travelling around Spain and cannot now get a network as they say we are not secure in the WiFi Connection fed up of trying to get through to Smarty Team fo you suggest I buy a Spanish sim card

JackieB_2861704 Have you tried the sim in a phone or are you using a router? As SmartyTrousers advises, have you got the correct APN?
I have recently used my Smarty sim in Spain without problem.
Have you checked the various Spanish networks? There are a few and you may get a better connection on one of them.
Whether your WiFi hotspot is secure or not has nothing to do with Smarty.
In order to get mobile data working while abroad, you will need to ensure its APN setting is set to 'mob.asm.net'.
