No network abroad
I have recently returned from Turkey, I set up my iPhone as advised on smarty site, I had no phone signal, could not make or receive any calls at all. Is this normal? What is the problem with this when out of Europe.

Stephen_2623017 As MSF says, you would need to add credit to your Smarty account to use your phone in Turkey, as Turkey isn’t in the EU. However, I would still expect your phone to show a signal.. you just wouldn’t be able to do anything chargeable with it.
Stephen_2623017 Outside EU, you need credit for any use as it’s not included.
