New sim awaiting verification code
Does anyone know do I have to have data to receive this.

I've put my code thru but still no network? Emergency calls only?. Help
StephenP_991829 You will need to web chat with Support Team at Smarty. We are Community forum members like you and so have no access to your account info.
Geoffrey_428921 No, you should receive a verification code as a text message.
That said, there are some companies that use third-party services to send a code and there can occasionally be problems.
I have received verification from (among others) HMRC, NHS, dentist, bank etc with no problem.
