I moved from Vodafone to Smarty a month ago and the network coverage has been poor. I have had issues in several places around Scotland including in the centre of Edinburgh!!

I have carried out all the recommendations from the Smarth team such as restring my device etc to no avail.

it would appear that 3’s claim to cover 99% of the UK is a lie. I am now left with no option but to change provider and get back onto the vastly superior Vodafone network

@HarrySn_2774613  Quite possibly the poor service in a city centre is down to congestion.

Summer + Edinburgh + Tourists = Potentially very busy because nobody can walk around without using a phone.

Also, it would not surprise me at all to find that 3 customers have priority on the network over Smarty and roaming users.

If you were happy with Vodaphone, I assume that the move was all down to price. It is a pity it did not work for you, but that does sometimes seem to be the case.
