Hi I have purchased a Smarty data only SIM to work with a TP-Link Mifi unit. It states that the SIM is not connected and the IP address is a string of zeros. Other SIM work very easily. Am I missing something that needs to be configured, The Smarty SIM works fine in the phone

Thanks I have done, but with no joy. We have awful connectivity here which may explain the problem. My TP-Link Mifi still says that the SIM is ready but disconnected
