Hi,
I changed my apn settings as instructed (I’m in Portugal) but my phone now doesn’t work except on WiFi.
I have enough data left on my plan so not sure why. It caused a bit of a nightmare in getting from the airport, so pretty frustrated at my recent swap to smarty. It was seamless with Vodafone.
would welcome any advice.

The APN value should be "mob.asm.net" in lowercase letters, and your handset should be set to allow mobile data roaming use, VickiPa_2731190.
If that doesn't work you'll need the SMARTY support team to look at your SMARTY account - forum members can't do that.
