Hi @ i keep trying to set up MiFi and keeps asking for SIM lock code? My smarty sim is activated so what am I looking for ?

Did you try a series of zeros? If that does not work, try a web chat with Support Team.

Your device is network locked and requires an unlock code from the network who supplied it in order to use it with another network.
