I have been a SMARTY customer for a few years now. In the past month I have experienced very low Data speeds to the point that when streaming Netflix, Disney etc there is constant buffering to the point it's unwatchable. Up until recently I've experienced great Data download speeds.
What could be the issue?
My partner who regularly visits my home also uses SMARTY and she is having the same issues with poor signal and Data download speeds.
